Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the City2CityRide website, mobile application, and services provided by City2CityRide. By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Overview of Services

City2CityRide provides licensed passenger transport services by luxury motor vehicles across the UAE.

Our services may include:

• Fixed Transfers (airport pickups/drop-offs, city rides, intercity rides)
• Hourly Chauffeur services (time-based vehicle hire within city limits)

Bookings may be placed as:

• Instant Ride: On-demand bookings.
• Early Booking / Advance Booking (scheduled rides for later date/time)

Operator & Licensing

All transportation services offered through the City2CityRide platform are operated under a valid commercial license registered in the UAE. Services are legally operated under the City2CityRide entity.

1. Use of Services

1.1 Eligibility:

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

1.2 User Account:

You may need to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Booking and Payments:

When booking rides through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the cost of the ride, including applicable fees and taxes.

1.4 Service Availability:

Our services may not be available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone at our discretion.

1.5 User Guidelines

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be punctual at the pickup location
• Use services respectfully and in compliance with local laws
• Avoid smoking, illegal substances, or inappropriate behavior
• Always wear seat belts
• Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully

Damage to vehicles or misconduct may lead to service refusal or cancellation.

2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1 Booking:

You can book rides through our platform by providing details such as pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times. We will confirm your booking and provide details about your ride.

2.2 Booking Types

City2CityRide offers the following booking types:

Instant Ride:

• Driver typically arrives within 30 to 60 minutes (subject to availability)
• Changes or cancellation may be allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

2.3 Cancellation:

You can cancel your booking, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Instant Ride: No fee if cancelled within 5 minutes and before driver dispatch
• Early Booking / Advance Booking: Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup

Platform-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your ride, the booking will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• No refunds for missed pickups or cancellations made outside the allowed window
• Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the ride

No-Show & Cancellation after Dispatch

Once a ride is confirmed and the driver has been dispatched, any cancellation from the client’s side may be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, the full ride amount may be charged.

Customer-Entered Booking Details Disclaimer

City2CityRide shall not be held liable for inconvenience, delays, or missed rides resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer.

Waiting Time Policy

• 15 minutes complimentary waiting time for regular pickups.
• 60 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups after landing.
• Additional waiting time may be chargeable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and City2CityRide regarding your use of the platform. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
